Back to MATSOL by popular demand after his keynote presentation at our May 2012 conference, Jeff Zwiers will conduct a full-day institute focused on practical techniques for academic language development with English language learners. This institute is offered for ESL, sheltered content, dual language and TBE teachers working on academic language development in their multilingual classrooms. This institute will compliment current work underway to disseminate and implement WIDA standards in Massachusetts which focus on academic language development.
